Happy Friday everyone!!! I'm excited to tell you all about a new, fun series that is going on at Sewistry.

The Sewing Machine MonologuesChoosing a sewing machine is the one decision that can make sewing a joy or frustrating. It's also one of the most expensive decisions a sewist will make.  ! I've begged some of my favorite bloggers to answer a few questions about their sewing machines so we can all get to know them (the bloggers and their machines) a bit better. By reading their thoughts, I'm hoping we can all get a better idea of what our next machine (or your first machine!) should be.

First up is my friend Mie-- she's a professionally trained designer and sewist (yes, she had her own  clothing collection and everything!) I was super eager to get her thoughts on what's important in a machine, and she did not disappoint-- I think I've found my new dream sewing machine!
